Wor Fitness Club offers instructor led fitness classes that are designed to improve your overall fitness. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, we have the tools and expertise to help you. The fitness classes are progressive training blocks and will challenge you each session throughout the training block to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Train Smarter with Heart Rate Monitoring. Here at Wor Fitness Club we use live heart monitor technology to get the most out of your workouts. This is fantastic bit of equipment that isn't mandatory but very highly recommended to wear during our workouts. We will provide you with a belt for your first few workouts to demonstrate how we benefit from the technology.
